Liquid Personnel is seeking two experienced Occupational Therapists to support its client’s frontline adult social care services in Barking & Dagenham. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to timely assessments and interventions for residents in need.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake holistic assessments of adults referred to the Intake Team.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
- Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment and adaptations.
- Work collaboratively with social workers, health professionals, and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with council and HCPC standards.
- Contribute to safeguarding processes and uphold professional responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant degree
- HCPC registration
- Post-qualifying experience in adult social care
- Strong knowledge of OT frameworks and legislation
- Relevant certificates in Occupational Therapy and related areas
