Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join its client's team in Coventry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex caseloads assigned by a Team Manager, including planned intensive interventions for parents, carers, children in need, children under protection, and looked-after children and young people.
  • Implement, monitor, and review care plans through multi-agency meetings.
  • Develop effective partnerships with families and carers.
  • Collaborate with professionals to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records using management information systems (MIS).
  • Prepare reports for court and statutory panels.
  • Adhere to the Social Work England Professional Code of Practice for Social Workers.
  • Flexibility to work outside office hours is required to meet client needs.
