Liquid Personnel is seeking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to become a part of the Complex Occupational Therapy Service. The successful candidate will manage a clinical caseload of individuals with complex multiple pathologies, including psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, social problems, or age-related conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Managing a caseload of 5-6 cases per week.
- Providing therapeutic interventions to address psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social problems.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in managing complex cases.
- Strong knowledge of psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
