Responsibilities:

  • As a Social Worker on the Children in Care / Care Leavers Team, you will support 0-18-year-olds who cannot live at home safely. This includes children under section 17 arrangements and those under a care order.
  • Your role involves working restoratively to return children home when safe or supporting young people moving to independent living.
