Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager on behalf of its client, located in Bradford.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will assess the needs of children and young people, develop tailored care plans, and provide emotional and practical support to promote their safety and wellbeing. You will collaborate with professionals across health, education, and legal services to ensure effective safeguarding and positive outcomes. Accurate record-keeping and compliance with legal standards are essential, including adherence to guidelines set by the British Association of Social Workers (BASW). You will advocate for children’s rights, facilitate access to essential services, and help create a nurturing environment that supports their growth and resilience.
