Liquid Personnel is recruiting Children’s Home Registered Manager for its client located at Chester.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will assess the individual needs of children with complex backgrounds, create and implement personalised care plans, and provide emotional and practical support to promote their safety and wellbeing. You will collaborate with professionals across health, education, and legal services to ensure effective safeguarding and positive outcomes. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to legal standards are essential, including compliance with the British Association of Social Workers (BASW). You will advocate for children’s rights, facilitate access to essential services, and foster a nurturing environment that supports their development and resilience.
