Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager for its client located at Wigan.

In this role, you will support individuals, families, and communities to improve their wellbeing and safety through tailored interventions and advocacy. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate services across health, education, and housing sectors. You’ll work within legal frameworks such as the Children Act and Mental Health Act, ensuring compliance and safeguarding. Effective communication, empathy, and resilience are essential. You’ll collaborate with professionals and maintain accurate records to inform decisions and policy. Full form of abbreviation: Local Authority (LA), Special Educational Needs (SEN), Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
