Liquid Personnel is recruiting Children\’s Home Registered Manager for its client located in Chippenham, North-West Wiltshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will assess the needs of children and young people, develop tailored care plans, and provide emotional and practical support to promote their wellbeing and safety. You will work collaboratively with professionals across health, education, and legal services to ensure effective safeguarding and positive outcomes. Accurate documentation and compliance with legal standards are essential, including adherence to the guidelines set by the British Association of Social Workers (BASW). You will advocate for children\’s rights, facilitate access to essential services, and help create a nurturing and empowering environment.

What They\’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you\’ll need:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children\’s home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- A Full UK Driving License
