Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead therapy provision at a specialist school in Chigwell, on behalf of a private provider. This is a leadership role within a therapeutic education setting, offering the opportunity to shape service delivery, mentor junior clinicians, and maintain a hands-on clinical caseload.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Lead the delivery of high-quality OT services across the school
- Supervise and support junior therapists
- Conduct complex assessments and develop advanced intervention plans

- Represent OT in multi-agency meetings and contribute to EHCP reviews
