The Bury Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Fostering Social Worker to join their team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments of connected carers and conduct viability assessments and Regulation 24 reports.
  • Provide support across the fostering service as required.
  • Collaborate with professionals from various agencies to support children and their carers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.
