Liquid Personnel are looking for a Practice Supervisor to join their East Children and Families Team in Bradford.
Responsibilities:
- You will set standards, motivate, nurture, and mentor staff, fostering effective relationships and communication across the service and with partner agencies.
- Your role includes undertaking practice development projects, providing management cover in the absence of the team manager, and overseeing audit activities.
- You will support the quality assurance of reports and assessments, prepare less experienced social workers for court, and provide practice support to students and newly qualified social workers.
- You will establish strong working relationships with service users and colleagues, supervise individuals and groups, and ensure compliance with legislation and organizational policies.
- Additionally, you will co-work on complex cases, make recommendations for assessments and case reviews, and offer expert opinions within the organization.
- You will work closely with other Practice Supervisors and the Principal Social Worker to drive social work agendas, maintain accurate records, and facilitate training and development opportunities.

As a Practice Supervisor, you are required to:
- Hold a Social Work England registration.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK license.
- Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
