Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join its client's LAC, Care Leavers and Homelessness Team at Bolton. Within this team, you will be working with young people from the age of 16 potentially up to 25, helping them to develop their Pathway into independence. With outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with resistant Young People, you will be committed to improving life chances and outcomes for Care Leavers.
Responsibilities:
- Have excellent skills in assessment, analysis and planning.
- Be comfortable in managing complex and challenging needs, risks, and behaviours.
- Understand the disadvantage faced by Care Leavers and work creatively and collaboratively to redress this balance.
This can be demanding but rewarding work. Bolton has a strong teamwork ethos with frequent team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
