Liquid Personnel is recruiting Children’s Social Worker for its client's Zero Infants Team at Blackpool. This is a great opportunity to work within a specialist team focused on supporting young children and their families at the earliest stages, helping to achieve positive long-term outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Managing a caseload of children aged 0–5 and their families
- Undertaking assessments and developing clear care and support plans
- Working closely with midwives, health visitors, and other partner agencies
- Safeguarding vulnerable children and promoting their welfare
- Attending multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection plans
