Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Blackpool.

Responsibilities:

  • Community-based assessments — Complete Care Act–compliant assessments within the community to identify needs, risks, strengths, and eligibility for support.
  • Care planning & reviews — Develop, implement, and review person‑centred care and support plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and proportionality.
  • Safeguarding interventions — Lead on safeguarding enquiries, risk management, and multi‑agency coordination to ensure adults at risk are protected and supported.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
