Liquid Personnel is recruiting an HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist for our client to support schools across the Midlands through an innovative Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) "Experts at Hand" model. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with school staff, SENCOs, and families to improve communication outcomes for children and young people across a cluster of schools.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Deliver communication-focused interventions to pupils with identified needs
  • Provide staff training, guidance, and practical strategies
  • Support early identification of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and facilitate group work programmes
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement effective support plans
  • Contribute to improving inclusive educational outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • HCPC registration as a Speech & Language Therapist
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Experience working within educational settings with children and young people aged 5–18 years
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
