Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Registered Manager – Nurse Qualified on behalf of its client based in Birmingham. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing team within a specialist neurological rehabilitation centre, part of a newly launched division dedicated to delivering cutting-edge care for individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and complex neurological conditions. In this role, you will take full ownership of the service—ensuring regulatory compliance, driving occupancy, and cultivating a strong, therapeutic team culture.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Ensure full CQC compliance and governance excellence
- Deliver safe, personalised, and effective rehabilitation
- Lead a 24/7 therapeutic care model
- Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and regulators
- Drive timely assessments and admissions
- Manage budgets and staffing to meet financial targets
- Champion staff development, training, and recognition

Qualifications & Experience:
- We’re seeking a compassionate and commercially aware leader with:
- A valid NMC Pin (RN)
- Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a CQC-regulated service
- Clinical or leadership experience in neurorehabilitation
- A Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and governance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in the private pay market (desirable)
- A legal right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
