Liquid Personnel are seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mock inspections, compliance audits, quality reviews, and provide practical guidance to help services achieve and maintain CQC compliance and outstanding care standards.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks.
- Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services.
- Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable.
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
