Liquid Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Assessment Team in Hertfordshire. Job Overview:
A Social Worker would provide comprehensive social work assessments to identify the right support needed to support and promote the wellbeing of children and young people with complex needs as well as their family and carers too. The Assessment social worker will deliver day-to-day operations of social work services and access and facilitate resources to offer support and meet the identified needs, whilst working alongside other departments to ensure proper service is provided.
