An exciting job role for an Advanced Social Worker has recently become available at South Gloucestershire Council. We are looking for a new member for their Community Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities:

As an Advanced Social Worker, you will conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions. You will provide comprehensive case management, coordinate care, and advocate for clients to access necessary resources and support services. Additionally, you will respond to crises, conduct risk assessments, and implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure clients’ safety and stabilization.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK licence, and have post-qualified experience. A degree level or equivalent in Social Work is also required.
