Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join its clientâs team in Brent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse caseload, supporting adults with physical, cognitive, and mental health needs through strength-based, person-centred practice.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver holistic OT assessments and interventions under the Care Act, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Lead on major adaptations, including preparing specifications, sketches, and working with housing teams and architects.
- Provide moving and handling assessments, equipment provision, and care plans to support safe living environments.
- Manage complex cases involving multi-agency input, safeguarding, and high-risk factors.
- Supervise junior staff and support OT students through practice educator responsibilities.
- Contribute to service development, policy shaping, and specialist areas such as postural management, mental health, or vocational rehab.

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in complex OT assessments, equipment provision, and housing adaptations
- Strong understanding of social care legislation and safeguarding
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and report writing skills
- Desirable: MSc OT, RCOT membership, Practice Educator qualification
