Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client’s Adult Services – Working Age Team based in St Helens.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking social care assessments
  • Care plans, reviews and all other statutory work under the Care Act
  • Undertaking safeguarding investigations
  • CPDOL work 21a
  • Challenges
  • Mental Capacity Assessments
  • Best Interest decisions

In return you will be provided with monthly supervision, informal supervision/support, monthly team meetings and practice groups.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
