About the Role: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a social worker to work with vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being by providing support and safeguarding them from harm. The successful candidate will collaborate with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective interventions and support.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults’ needs and risks, developing personalized support plans.
- Provide information, advice, and support to adults and their families regarding available services and resources.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Respond promptly and effectively to safeguarding concerns, following relevant procedures and protocols.

Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work and hold a full UK licence.
