Liqueo are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our growing Operations Team! This position will play a key role in shaping the HR & People environment here at Liqueo and with big growth plans for the future, this exciting new role would be fundamental to Liqueo’s success!
This role would oversee all HR functional operations, ensuring processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with business goals. Working closely with our Talent and Engagement team and Development & Culture teams to ensure there is synergy across the departments. You will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team and be a supportive partner to employees across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, be proactive in your approach, be able to handle difficult conversations and be able to problem solve effectively. Due to the exciting fast-paced environment, this person will need to be able to adapt and be open to introducing and changing processes.
We’re looking for someone who has experience and/or knowledge in the below:
- Up to date knowledge on employment law including employee rights, and data protection
- Employee Relations knowledge & experience including conflict resolution, grievance, sickness absence, performance management and fostering a positive work environment
- CIPD Level 5/7
- Strong data analysis skills to support reporting and the identification of trends
- Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner as well as the ability to handle sensitive issues/workplace dynamics
- Able to collaborate across an organisation with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experienced working in an all-rounded/broader HR role

This is a part-time HR Manager role, and we are open as to exactly what that could look like depending on preferences and on experience. We do need someone who is based in the UK; however, this would be a fully remote position and we’re truly supportive of people’s individual circumstances and want to make sure people are set up for success!
