Fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Conference Producer to join one of the industry’s leading media events businesses.
Our client proudly produces and organises large scale events throughout the UK and internationally.
The successful Senior Conference Producer will lead across two flagship exhibitions – both UK-based events.
Crucially, we require someone with direct experience in working with associations.
Through relationships and research, the Senior Conference Producer knows the needs of their target audiences, and the hot topics in which they are interested.
Success comes from attracting the most visitors to each of the events, by addressing the audience needs through a comprehensive programme of talks and experts.
A key element of the role is writing key messaging to ensure the quality and relevance of the programme is communicated through the marketing campaign.
Responsibilities
- Lead across two flagship exhibitions (UK-based).
- Develop and manage conference programmes, including talks and topics that meet audience needs.
- Collaborate with associations to understand audience needs and topics.
- Write key messaging for marketing campaigns to communicate programme quality and relevance.
- Attract visitors through audience-focused content and outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver events.
Qualifications
- Degree educated – 2:1 or higher; 4+ years in conference production (sector flexible).
- Strong experience working with associations.
- Excellent written skills.
- Strong research skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Background in areas such as journalism, content creation, events, marketing, media and communication would also be considered.
