Award winning, global media events business seeks a highly talented Sponsorship Sales Manager to sell across their flagship Tech events portfolio. Hybrid (1 Day in the office).
Responsibilities
- Generate new business, increase pipeline and bring on new prospects
- Manage a number of existing accounts
- Sell high‑value sponsorship opportunities
- Pitch clients over the phone and through face‑to‑face meetings
- Travel internationally as required
- Attend competitor events
- Apply consultative and solution‑led selling techniques
Qualifications
- 2‑5+ years in B2B sponsorship/exhibition sales
- Strong desire to sell and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Ideally degree‑educated with excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and sociable individual with a consultative sales approach
- Someone who can creatively sell through solution‑led selling
Compensation & Benefits
Our client will pay a flat 8% on all deals – considerably above the market rate of 5%. Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
