We have a new opportunity to join our Love & Roses brand team supporting our Head of Brand and wider leadership team as a Junior PA.

Role Purpose
Provide a comprehensive Personal Assistant Role to the Head of Brand in a confidential, efficient and organised manner. When required, provide support to the company in various capacities.
Role Responsibilities
- Diary management for the Head of Brand
- Coordination (& in time management) of company critical Path
- Coordinate changes to management trade rota
- Prepare meeting agendas points in preparation of upcoming meetings
- Arrange meetings on behalf of Head of Brand (with suppliers, partners and others)
- Manage travel across Buying, Merchandising and Design - liaising with Buyers and Managers, flight and hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, visas/passport renewals, travel budget including management of all air mile accounts and hotel corporate rates, etc.
- Manage monthly new starter travel inductions
- Update travel policy on the internal intranet
- Maintain a good relationship with the wider PA team across NEXT Wholly Owned Brands
- Maintain good relationships, as a point of contact with leaders across the business
- Ensure appropriate documentation is prepared/available prior to meetings in a suitable format
- Ensure meeting rooms and any IT equipment & refreshments are arranged and in working order
- Prepare & organise induction programmes for direct reports to Head of Brand
- Presentation and research support (under guidance of Senior Events & Workspace Manager) – writing up & updating presentations (D&I presentations, Management meetings, etc)
- Consolidate expenses & invoices for the Head of Brand
- Restaurant bookings for Head of Brand
- Manage annual leave process for Head of Brand and approvals for their direct reports
- Photoshoot support, including liaising with the wider teams
- Ad hoc printing for Head of Brand
- Personal errands for Head of Brand
Role Requirements
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (Adobe desirable)
- Good knowledge of IT (phones, Boardroom PC’s and TV’s, laptops, programs) Internet research
- Excellent communication in written correspondence and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills
- Amiable, positive, professional, approachable and polite at all times
- PA experience within a fast paced business (ideally fashion)
