Solicitor - Professional Indemnity/Construction

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor c 5 + PQE with a Professional Indemnity/Construction Litigation background to join the growing Insurance Disputes team in London

The role will have a focus on defending professional indemnity claims against contractors and construction professionals.

Applications are welcome from those with experience in defending claims against other professionals.

As part of the role you will be advising on more general and specialist insurance coverage and claims defence advice requiring knowledge of insurance policy wordings,

knowledge of the London insurance market and Lloyds regulatory issues.

You will have a strong Professional Indemnity background ideally with a construction focus

The role involves advising on policy cover therefore policy interpretation experience is essential

You will have a sound knowledge of court and dispute resolution process and strategy.

You will be confident managing a varied and high profile level workload as a member of a growing team
