A leading Thames Valley law firm
THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for a talented Senior Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ PQE to join a successful and growing team
The role will involve managing a caseload of commercial property transactions to include;-
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals,commercial leases, lease renewals
Portfolio management for occupiers and landlords.
Providing corporate support on the property aspects of business transactions.
Advising on secured lending matters.
Participating in business development activities and cultivating relationships within the commercial community.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a significant level of commercial property experience, capable of handling complex transactions
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate strong technical and client care skills
