A leading global law firm
THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for a Fund Finance lawyer with 7+ PQE to join an established team on 6 month fixed term contract
As a market leading fund finance practice, the team works closely with clients to provide a range of fund related finance and leverage products
The post holder will be working alongside the private equity, tax and corporate teams providing practical and business focused solutions
The work will include; financing for funds on an international basis, advising on all facility and fund types, co-investment, and management company financing for direct lending, private equity, secondaries and infrastructure funds
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid funds finance background, with experience gained working for a top tier law firm
Applicants must have a sound academic background and excellent technical skills
