A leading US law firm is seeking a Senior Discovery Lawyer to join an established team to manage e-discovery projects for antitrust/competition, litigation, arbitration and enforcement practice areas.
The post holder will be working alongside Partners, Associates, and clients to develop appropriate e-discovery strategies. The work will include responsibility for:
- Managing e-discovery matters and large-scale document requests
- Advising on the review and production of data
- Managing review and quality control processes
- Assisting with the coordination of e-discovery resources across the Firm's global offices
- Advising on the best use of technology, maintaining expertise in the newest e-discovery tools, including attendance at conferences and meetings with vendor partners
The Candidate: You will have 5+ PQE as a Solicitor managing e-discovery projects, ideally gained while working for a leading law firm handling complex competition or multi-party litigation matters. Candidates must have solid experience of working with Relativity and other document review platforms. You will be ready to develop your career as a Discovery Lawyer with a leading law firm. The role requires excellent organisational skills and a track record of successfully resolving discovery disputes.
