Within its award-winning and highly ranked Corporate Tax team, which is recognised by all the legal publications, the team is known for handling complex, often cross-border matters, and advises on M&A, private equity structuring, IP and real estate transactions across sectors including technology, life sciences, and private capital.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of technically challenging and high-quality corporate tax matters, including M&A, private equity, real estate structuring, and cross-border advisory work. You'll be part of a team that is well integrated across the firm, regularly collaborating with colleagues in corporate, finance, IP, and real estate.
