A Property Finance Lawyer is sought to join a team acting for Lenders. The secured lending/property finance department deals with both clients and matters of exceptional quality and is established as a trusted name within the secured lending field.
About You
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
- Minimum 3-4 PQE with some flexibility
- Experience in dealing with all aspects of Bridging/Secured Lending Transactions specifically on behalf of Lenders
- Experience of general commercial property
- Experience of acting primarily on behalf of banks and short-term finance lenders
- Dual and separate representation
- Experience of: Preparing and dealing with loan documents
- Third party mortgages
- Deeds of priority
- Dealing with borrowers\’ solicitors
- Reviewing legal packs quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with title insurance matters
