THE ROLE

Our client, a successful and fast-growing business, has a vacancy for a Property Litigation Solicitor with approximately 3+ PQE to join their in-house legal department.

As a member of an established team, the post-holder will be responsible for a broad and interesting workload, including lease renewals/enfranchisement and landlord & tenant work.

There is flexibility regarding full-time or part-time work.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have relevant property/property litigation experience.

You should be ready for a career move to a business-facing in-house role within a growing organization.

You will possess strong technical skills and a solutions-focused approach.

The role is based in Essex; candidates will be expected to attend the office 3 days per week.
