An exciting opportunity to join a supportive and hard working Development & House Building Team.

ABOUT YOU

You will be assisting fee earners on transactional matters and work collaboratively with the team on a variety of development-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fee earners with drafting option agreements, deeds, and contracts.
  • Undertaking due diligence and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning, and construction matters.
  • Supporting secured acquisition and development finance transactions.
  • Learning about and contributing to processes and documents for plot sales.

Some experience of development transactions is preferred. Alternatively, good quality experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing or plot sales will be considered.

Flexible working is available; with attendance at the office (at least twice a week).
