THE ROLE
We have an exceptional new opportunity for a talented IP/IT/Commercial Associate Solicitor 1-4 PQE to join a leading international Technology, Data and Intellectual Property team.
The team plays a leading role in high-value corporate and commercial transactions.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have an outstanding track record both academically and professionally, with relevant experience working in a transactional IP/IT practice group at a leading law firm (magic circle, silver circle, US firms or specialist boutique)
Your work will have focused on transactional IP and technology work, commercial contracts and IP licensing and data protection
You will be willing to supervise and mentor junior team members
As a member of a growing and strategically important practice group, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a high achieving associate Solicitor looking to develop leadership qualities and play an active role in business development.
