OUR CLIENT
A market leader in the insurance sector
THE ROLE
We have a rare opportunity for a Solicitor c 4-7 PQE with a strong insurance litigation background, to join a highly regarded City based in house team
The role will involve managing high-value, complex, litigated claims, providing expert legal and technical advice, ensuring the efficient and successful resolution of disputes
This is a business facing role working alongside underwriters, risk managers, external counsel, and stakeholders
The work will include all stages of managing claims from initial assessment to providing legal and technical advice on liability issues, and producing reports for senior management
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exceptional role, candidates will ideally have an insurance litigation background with relevant experience handling high-value claims working for a law firm or insurance business or similar
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent negotiating and drafting skills, capable of working to deadlines
This is a role ideally suited to a candidate looking to make a long-term career move, keen to develop leadership skills working for a well established organisation
