We have an exceptional in-house role for a Property Litigation Solicitor 4-7 years PQE to join an expanding in-house legal department on a 12 month FTC. As a key team member, you will be providing legal support and advice to the business, working alongside team members, stakeholders and management. You will be expected to handle a caseload of predominantly property litigation matters, dealing with all stages of disputes from pre-litigation stage up to and including trial/hearing advocacy.

The Candidate:

  • To be considered for this role you will have a solid track record of handling residential Landlord & Tenant litigation (long leasehold properties) and more general commercial litigation.
  • Candidates with a property background would be of particular interest.
