THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Funds Associate Solicitor 1-5 PQE to join an established investment funds team
The role will be based in the London offices where the team primarily works on real asset and credit funds and Private Equity
The post holder will be handling multi-jurisdictional transactions
Structuring funds and joint ventures
Advising on the establishment and marketing of investment funds
Preparation and negotiation of relevant contractual documentation
Advising on asset management regulation
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will have 1-5 PQE, gained working for a leading law firm
Candidates will have a solid track record handling investment funds work, particularly with a real estate/infrastructure focus
Experience of listed or mutual fund transactions and asset management regulation would be useful
This is a role suited to candidates with an international outlook and entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in business development
