THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a Financial Services and Products Solicitor 3 – 7 PQE to join an established financial services regulatory team.
The role is for an associate Solicitor with experience of retail financial services work, including wealth/asset management and platform services.
Experience in mortgages, outsourcing and digital services would also be of interest.
The work will include:-
Assisting in the launch of retail advisory, discretionary management and platform products and services;
Assisting clients to launch and change their retail app offerings;
Providing support on M&A transactions and due diligence relating to a variety of financial services firms offering products and services to consumers.
Providing support with drafting retail terms and conditions
Advising on governance, systems, and controls.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have 4-7 PQE relevant experience from a highly regarded retail regulatory practice and a solid academic background
You will have the ambition and motivation to develop both your professional and legal skills and the profile of the financial services team
