THE ROLE
This is a vacancy for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with c 2+ years of post-qualification experience who has a genuine interest in Court of Protection work, looking to join an established and thriving team based in the Thames Valley
You will play a key role in supporting clients through complex legal processes and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
THE CANDIDATE
Applicants must have a sound understanding of Court of Protection work, including statutory Wills, deputy-ships, and private trust work, familiar with relevant legal procedures and regulations.
You will have excellent client care skills, capable of handling sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
