THE ROLE

This is a vacancy for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with c 2+ years of post-qualification experience who has a genuine interest in Court of Protection work, looking to join an established and thriving team based in the Thames Valley

You will play a key role in supporting clients through complex legal processes and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants must have a sound understanding of Court of Protection work, including statutory Wills, deputy-ships, and private trust work, familiar with relevant legal procedures and regulations.

You will have excellent client care skills, capable of handling sensitive situations with care and professionalism.

While not essential, experience in a Clinical Negligence or catastrophic claims environment would be advantageous, providing valuable insights into client needs and case management.
