The Role
We have a new vacancy for a Construction Litigation Solicitor 2-6 PQE to join an established in house legal team
As a team member, you will be advising the company on contentious construction and insurance mattwers matters likely to impact the business. You will be expected to handle a varied and exciting workload providing commercial and legal solutions that add value or mitigate risk.
You will be expected to provide legal and strategic support to the business, liaising with insurers and external advisers managing claims and disputes
The role can be based in London NE or SW
The Candidate
You will have a solid construction litigation background ideally with some construction insurance experience
You will have excellent technical skills and a good understanding of the construction industry
In return, you will receive an excellent salary and benefits
