THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for an Associate Construction Solicitor 2-4 PQE to join a well-established team to handle a mainly contentious construction workload
The firm has a strong reputation in construction law, particularly contentious work including arbitration, adjudications and court proceedings, relating to construction projects, refurbishment disputes and Building Safety Act matters
As a team member, the post holder will also be expected to handle some non-contentious work
