A specialist top tier law firm known for providing expert advice on heavyweight international disputes, business crime and regulation, civil fraud and commercial litigation

Clients include governments, corporations, financial institutions, professionals, executives and high net worth individuals.

The firm also regularly advises foreign regulators and international organisations.

THE ROLE

An associate with 2-4pqe is sought to join the Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud team.

You will be handling often high profile, complex and international cases.

Key practice areas include anti-money laundering; bribery and corruption; commercial and trust litigation; corporate investigations, criminal antitrust (cartels); cross-border issues (including extradition, INTERPOL and mutual legal assistance); economic sanctions; financial regulation; fraud (civil and criminal); insider dealing; international asset-tracing and tax investigations.

Excellent experience of commercial litigation is required as well as ideally civil fraud and interim injunction work, but this is not essential so long as candidates can demonstrate a real enthusiasm for this type of work.
