Commercial Contracts - Paralegal

A well established, ambitious financial services fin-tech business

THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for an experienced paralegal to handle a mainly commercial contracts/data protection/employment /IT workload

You will be working as a member of an established legal department based in London

You must be able to start work by June 2025

THE CANDIDATE

You will have previous paralegal experience

Strong academics – 2 in law; with experience of handling commercial contracts, NDAs, financial services work

You will have excellent organisational and technical skills

The business will support candidates looking to qualify as a Solicitor

The role is 4 day per week in the office 1 day WFH
