We are acting on behalf of a leading offshore law firm to recruit a high-calibre Senior Associate Solicitor 5 - 6 PQE with a banking/finance background to join a growing offshore financial services practice. The post-holder will be expected to manage a diverse portfolio of transactional and advisory matters relating to banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, investment funds, general financial services, insurance, and regulatory matters.

As a key member of a growing team, you will have an opportunity to play a significant role in marketing and business development.

The role is ideally suited to a Solicitor with a strong banking/finance background looking to develop an offshore career in a client-facing role. This is an opportunity suited to a dynamic and commercially aware legal professional seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced, international environment.
