THE ROLE
An exceptional opportunity for a lawyer to join the commercial litigation team specialising in Director Service and dealing with defending clients, usually HNW, SME businesses, and private individuals. The team comprises solicitors with experience from national and international firms who have chosen to work with this firm and its longstanding clients. They act for directors, many of whom have continued to develop large companies, assisting them personally with the defence of insolvency claims, director disqualification proceedings, and finding solutions to their real-world problems.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be 1-5pqe in commercial and ideally insolvency litigation and will be expected to provide real-time advice focusing on client needs and requirements.
