THE ROLE
Opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join a team handling a wide range of cases. These may include director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, arbitration proceedings, contractual disputes, tortious claims, professional negligence, and injunctive proceedings, particularly freezing orders.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have 1-5 pqe in commercial litigation and ideally insolvency, gained at a City, West End or top regional law firm. Knowledge of litigation funding, including CFAs, DBAs, discounted and fixed agreements, disbursement funding, and ATE insurance products would be advantageous.
