LIPOELASTIC LTD is looking for a motivated and confident Medical Sales Representative to join our growing UK team. This is a field-based B2B sales role covering Central London, working with private clinics, plastic surgeons, aesthetic practices, hospitals and healthcare professionals. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new business opportunities and representing high-quality medical and aesthetic products in a professional healthcare environment.

About LIPOELASTIC: LIPOELASTIC is a manufacturer of post-operative compression garments used in plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, lymphoedema and wound care. Our garments are trusted by clinics, surgeons, healthcare professionals and patients across a wide range of medical and aesthetic specialties. In addition to our own manufactured garment range, we distribute selected medical and aesthetic products in the UK, including Human Med body-jet® water-assisted liposuction devices and Argo Plasma technology used for skin tightening.

As our Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clinics, surgeons and healthcare professionals across London. This is not a retail sales role. It is a B2B field sales position where you will proactively approach potential customers, visit clinics, introduce our products, follow up on opportunities and build long-term professional relationships. You will represent both our manufactured LIPOELASTIC compression garments and our wider portfolio of distributed medical and aesthetic products. Part of the role will also involve spending time in operating theatre environments, supporting our customers during procedures, helping with product knowledge, and ensuring clinics and surgical teams feel confident using our products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Visiting private clinics, cosmetic surgery practices, hospitals and healthcare professionals across Central London
  • Introducing LIPOELASTIC post-operative compression garments to clinics, surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Promoting and supporting distributed medical and aesthetic products, including Human Med body-jet® WAL liposuction devices and Argo Plasma
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and following up consistently
  • Supporting clinics, surgeons and theatre teams with product knowledge and guidance
  • Spending time in operating theatre environments to support customers where required
  • Representing LIPOELASTIC in a professional, credible and reliable way
  • Learning our product range and understanding how our products support clinics, surgeons and patients
  • Keeping clear records of customer activity in CRM, opportunities and follow-ups
  • Working closely with the internal LIPOELASTIC team to support customers and grow the territory

What we are looking for:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in B2B, medical, healthcare, aesthetic field sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking with clinic teams, surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to approach new customers
  • Good organisation and follow-up skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage their own schedule
  • A professional, positive and reliable approach
  • Willingness to spend time in operating theatre environments when supporting customers
  • Interest in medical devices, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine or healthcare products
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Based in or close to Central London, with the ability to cover the area effectively
