We are looking for a KS2 Learning Support Assistant to be based at the Federation of Liphook Infant and Liphook Junior School to include a midday supervisory role. Working hours are from 8:45am until 3.25pm, Monday to Friday. This 1 year fixed term position will start September 2026, with the potential to extend for an additional year. This role could be class based or 1:1 support.

The salary for this role is Grade B or C depending on experience (FTE £24,796 - £26,244), pay award pending. Lunchtime Supervisor: The salary for this role is Grade A3 (FTE £24,415). A Level 2 or 3 in ‘Teaching and Learning Support’ or similar is an advantage, alongside previous experience, although not essential. The Learning Support salary will be on Scale B or C grade depending on experience.

You will be required to work 40 weeks (pro rata), 39 during term time with the additional work being made up as agreed with SLT. You will be paid for 45.62 weeks per year (pro rata) which includes holiday pay and your salary will be paid monthly.
