Lionsgate is recruiting for the role of Sales Co-Ordinator within our International TV Sales team, assisting the Vice Presidents, International Television & Digital Distribution within the EMEA division in our London office. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, possess advanced written and verbal communication skills, and be extremely well-organised and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in TV sales.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and PA support to EVP and UK Co-Heads.
- Track offers, sales, and projections; assist with deal preparation and memos.
- Maintain Salesforce updates and rights databases (SAP, SNAP).
- Coordinate complex travel, events, and meetings across time zones.
- Prepare market guides, availability lists, and sales reports.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) and clients for pre- and post-sales servicing.
- Manage contract workflows, filing systems, and expense reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and ratings; compile analysis for strategy.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials post-deal closure.

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Salesforce familiarity a plus.
